Interviews with Dan-O’s Seasoning Founder, Dan Oliver, Actress and Singer Zoe Van Tieghem and Singer/Songwriter Jasmine Jordan

June 17th, 2022

On today's show we have, 'Yum Yum, Get Yourself Some', founder of Dan-O's seasoning, Dan Oliver.

Dan-O's Seasoning is changing the world one table at a time by offering the best all-natural, low-sodium seasoning products on the market.

Good things are born out of necessity, and the origins of Dan-O's seasoning are no different. Back when Dan Oliver, founder of Dan-O's, was in college, his mom gifted him a few cuts of bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. Being a young and inexperienced cook, he was not sure what to do with them. The next day he and his buddy started throwing some spices on them and the next thing Dan knew, Dan-O's was born.

Wrapping up today's show is Jasmine Jordan.

With a style that's reminiscent of the emotions we felt from the early 90's R&B, Jasmine Jordan spreads messages of self-love, love of others, and women empowerment. With incredible range, storytelling, and passion, Jordan captivates audiences with relatable narratives that convey love's enthralling and heartbreaking dynamics. Jordan grew up in Lacy Washington, where her love of music was influenced by R&B and POP sensations Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Tamia, and Alicia Keys.

She released her first EP in January 2015 and has since then gone on three west coast tours, opened up for Grammy-nominated R&B singer Joe and released another EP called 'Things Change', followed by consistent releases of new singles. Her first single of 2018 was a female empowerment anthem for every woman's Summer playlist titled 'Beloved'. This R&B track embodies and emotes the superhero strength every woman has: the power of discernment. Followed by: 'Forbidden Fruit' and the latest single 'Choose Wisely', both R&B tracks that embody and emote the human in all of us.

Jordan is now gearing up to release this new project 'Innermission'. Influenced by POP, HipHop, Soul, R&B, and Groove. These elements can all be heard in her newest project which walks us through the self-love journey she has been on. A journey that has helped her embrace imperfection, heartbreak, hope, passion, sensitivity, love, and the complexities that come with being on a journey with the goal of becoming her most whole version. 'Innermission' is her most honest project to date.
