Also on today's show, we have the owner and producer of the Strongbox Theater, Tony Leone.

Tony, being an actor for over 20 years, has now begun the arduous task of converting the long forgotten East Rockaway National Bank into a premier entertainment venue.

The theater will have flexible space, a modular stage, and a seating area, all the while adhering to state-of-the-art production values.

Along with providing entertainment to the masses, the space will house a bar, lounge, and art gallery.

While under renovation, Tony wants to give back to the community he loves so much. Tony has brought together entertainers from far and wide to perform at East Rockaway's Memorial Park in "Strongbox in the Park: A Festival of Stage and Song".

Performances start Friday, July 22nd at 7:30 PM, and run for the next three weekends through August 7th-there's performances Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
